The rooms were the perfect size for us, in the perfect location, and perfectly comfy and homey. We appreciate all the thoughtfulness you put into Grandma's Suite and the detailed instructions so we had no floundering to do. When we make it back to Juneau, we will know where to stay.Thank you!

Business center printer broken. Heat in room broken. Television did not work for 95 percent of trip. On the positive, room was very clean and spacious. Appreciate housekeeping and our waiter at the 127 restaurant was phenomenal. "
