So friendly and professional staff! Devin at the front desk helped us with our wifi connection and was very helpful in general. Mom and I were in accessible room and it was just perfect.

Wonderful Hotel!!!

Cons: Nothing
Location: Location is right on Hwy 61, one of the main roads in town. Close to everything. We were there to visit relatives and a concert at Treasure Island.
From the moment we walked in we kept saying "wow!". Everything about this place is clean, friendly, up to date, and wonderful. The staff are all friendly, the beds and pillows comfy. the fridge and freezer work very well. Bathroom very clean and bright. They had the early edition of the Sunday paper for us on Saturday. The pool is just the perfect temp and very clean. And, nice big clean windows with a nice view. Nice clean pool towels. I didn't get a chance to try out the jacuzzi pool, though. The breakfast was more than expected. The Belgian waffles with the malted maple syrup were delicious, as were the make-your-own-omlette station, which made nice fluffy omelet with your cheese and ham added while it is cooking, or put on top afterwards. This was probably my favorite hotel of all I've stayed in for the last few years. Small and friendly, and perfect. Thank you.

Clean and decent hotel.

Pros: Hotel was clean and king bed was comfortable.
Cons: Friendliness and support of desk personnel.
Hotel was clean and decent. Originally, clerk was going to put us in a room that is right on the corner of the entrance, check-in desk, and vending. It would have been a fairly noisy room for anyone, but I am an extremely light sleeper and we asked to be moved. The clerk moved us with no issues and the offered room was a few doors down the hall, which was much better. The hotel didn't have any distinguishing features and was quite average, but is one of the only places to stay in Hastings, MN. The coffee was terrible and the breakfast minimal. The only truly disappointing part of our experience was that the staff wouldn't hold our luggage for an hour while we took care of some business. Even though we could plainly see a large back room from the desk, the clerk wouldn't help us out and instead we had to place our luggage under an open stairwell in the main lobby. It certainly wasn't secure and was a bit unsightly for the hotel. I felt a bit underappreciated as guest and wouldn't stay here again unless I didn't have any other options.

I am very sorry you had some unpleasant aspects to your stay in our hotel, We make every effort to meet our guests needs doing so in a friendly professional manner. Our breakfast in only a continental breakfast, however we do offer many selections such as waffles, french toast, hard boiled eggs . fresh breads and donuts from our local bakery, yogurt, cereal and fresh fruit along with 2 kinds of juice plus a high end brand of coffee

Short and Sweet

Pros: convenience to family.
Cons: Hanging racks could be placed closer to the inside area. Tended to stick out in the walking area and sometimes hit your head.
Location: Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.
Checked in for a one night stay. room was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and accommodated our needs. Bed was very comfortable and adequate for our needs. had all the amenities. refrig etc. Would stay here again. Have family in the area. We will be back.
