We came and stayed not even an hour, horrible allergy flare up to weed smells couldn't allow my small children to stay there, especially after seeing the crowd that hangs around the hotel.

Could've been better

We stayed here strictly because it was closest to visit our daughter & grandkids. The front desk person was hardly there when we needed them and we were not told ahead of time that the elevator was under maintenence repair. We had to walk up the three flight of stairs up & down for 4 days straight. Breakfast was terrible with very few selections. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable to sleep on, and we had to walk downstairs to the front desk each time we needed clean towels or toilet paper. Shower head could be better with hardly any shampoo or conditioner in the bottles in the bathroom. Seemed like everything was a hassle...got kindof stressed out a bit. We weren't happy with our stay here.

Good location. First room smelled like smoke. We were able to switch rooms the second day. Room was not made up either day. Keys had been deactivated after the second night so we had to get them reactivated. Hot tub jets weren't working after the first day.

Room for improvement

After being there for 3 days we thought we would have our room cleaned, but came back to find it wasn't. We were told by someone at the desk that it would be done the next morning. The next morning I talked with the housekeeper who said she was by herself and would not be cleaning our room. Someone at the front desk he would see what could be done. Fortunately a woman heard our conversation and indicated she was a GM and would see that it was done. And it did get done. But we were also locked out of our room several different days and times. We had to have our key redone several times and even that did not work. The battery was changed in the door scanner and yet a few days later it happened again.

I reserved 2 rooms, one regular room and a handicap accessible room for my dad, who is in a wheelchair. When we arrived there was no handicap accessible room, although I had reserved it months in advance. My dad had to stay at a different hotel. Very very disappointing.

Broken ice machine, broken elevator. Somebody was in the room while we were gone, things messed with and a piece of fake jewelry was left on my bed, spoke to people in charge in the evening when I returned and the manager in the morning and it went on deaf ears!!!

Elevator food not work for 1/2 my stay, no discount received for inconvenience. Room wasn't ready when i checked in the first evening after housekeeping left for the day. I was moved up one floor and the elevator was not working. Did not receive maid service written requested. Staff was not attentive.
