"A superb, mid priced hotel with excellent customer service, décor, cleanliness. Only about a ten min train journey from the airport and a further 5 min walk from St Marx station. Getting in to Vienna itself is then only a 10 min (2 stop) train journey to Vienna Mitte The rooms were very well decorated, exceptionally clean and very well equipped Personally this hotel was very good for us but if there was to be a negative point it would be that if you were looking for a hotel with a view then its probably not for you. Overall 10/10, value for money, thank you"

"I really enjoyed my 5 night stay here! Rooms are spacious and the location near the main railway station makes it easy to get into the center (or it’s not far to walk). Staff very helpful and efficient, room was impeccably clean. Some noise from trains or traffic depending on where room is…but in general this is a super hotel and I will gladly stay here again!"

"The modern, sizable room, shower and location were fantastic. Roof top has great views of the city and was staffed with friendly bartenders. The check-in process needs a lot of work. Even though I checked in online as requested (several times actually, bc I never got a clean confirmation) I still had to wait in line to get access to my key. The lobby gets so crowded that it's hard to navigate. The online system does NOT seem to be in synch with the systems at the small, unmanned check-in counters. Staff hides behind glass windows so that interaction guests is difficult."
