First off it was a great stay. Very comfortable beds. The only complaint is the handicap room we requested wasn’t exactly handicap friendly. Now the bathroom was and it was nice. The room itself wasn’t made for a person in a wheelchair. My kid wasn’t able to get around the room in her chair and i went and talked to the front desk staff and immediately they gave us a bigger room which turned out to be better suited for my kid and her wheelchair. So would i stay again, yes absolutely. I definitely would recommend that the handicap rooms have more space though.

I was pleasantly surprised. It was updated and comfortable. The staff at the front desk were nice and helpful. The fitness center was small but it had all the basics which I appreciated. It's also conveniently located to several food options. The business center came in hand as I was on a work trip and needed to print a few things for an event. Overall, I had a good stay and would stay there again.

The property is a little outdated. The main area is remodeled but the rooms are not. I’ve stayed at other Quintas and the rooms have always been amazing. Beside the room being outdated the property was okay overall

We stayed for two nights, the room were very clean, we only had breakfast one day, and the person who was cleaning and stocking everything during the breakfast was very kind and helpful and the breakfast was delicious.

We were given a ground floor room next to ice machine, elevator, and fitness room. The walls had zero soundproofing, and we spent all night waking up to a cocktail of sounds. I complained to the shift manager next day, and he said, "You got it!". I was thrown away by his lack of empathy. Yes, for sure, we got it! Feel being robbed of $150.
