The staff is friendly, but the way the rooms are cleaned are not up to par. I understand it's a "pet friendly" but please use clean towels to wipe mirrors and counters and the sink.

The room was clean but the bed was extremely uncomfortable! They only gave 2 small square pillows. When we requested extra pillows we were given 1 (for 2 guests) and the desk attendant had an attitude about giving us that! (Mind you the next morning, we saw a utility room, on our floor, full of pillows🙄!
