"The Gentlemen at the front desk when we were trying to check-in.Was to busy looking at his phone. We stood do there for a 30 second or two as he looks before he acknowledged. He clearly saw us walking with a baggage. He clearly was more interested on his phone. At no point , did he let us know that we have to ask for the room to be clean. That was very disappointing. , it wasn't until the next night that we saw him at the front desk to ask for extra pillows that I asked why wasn't our room cleaned. He responded, oh, you're supposed to let them know I remember you last night.I didn't tell you that I said no , you were too busy looking at your phone. I said thank you. We went to the bar to have dinner our first night and marisol, the bartender ignored us, treated us with disdain. And we only tip well , because we were afraid we get bad service for the rest of the trip. I may not be spelling. Her name correctly, but she spoke very little English, which I am fine with, but it's the disdain and the lack of interaction. She just stood there , talked and ate and ignored us. Other than that, it was a very fantastic adventure. Please check out the taco trucks across the way.Amazing."
