"Rooms were musty, bathroom dirty, toilet didn't function properly and also wasn't secured tightly to the floor. No cable, couldn't access streaming features. Lamps flickered so bad couldn't use them. Plug in outlets hanging from the wall. Housekeeping loud and unprofessional. Owner invaded my privacy( attempted to get in my room) just because there wasn't a car parked in front of my room."

"Wonderful spot! Charming country lodge feel. Private fenced balcony with hot tub. Very comfortable beds. We appreciated how pet friendly the site is! The hosts even left us fresh coffee beans and a pie! We bought farm fresh eggs for breakfast from a roadside egg stand. All the comforts of home! The beach wasn’t as accessible due to snow but We can’t wait to go back again this summer to scavenge the beach and have a bon fire! Merci"

"Our stay at Creekside Hideaway could not have been better. Wonderful communication with our host and the property was even better than described. The house was spotless with ample towels in the updated bathroom. The sheets on the beds were high quality cotton with a cozy duvet and 4 pillows. The kitchen was modern with great touches like bottles of water in the fridge and coffee for the coffee machine. We were also appreciated that Nora ( the dog) was welcome. "The unit was not clean smelled of pet urine. The lights didn’t work in three of the rooms. Plywood stuck under matts where the floor was rotten. Bedroom door wouldn’t close. Photos used in vrbo booking do not show the ladder that you need to access top two bedrooms. Photos also don’t show the washed out driveway to get to unit and the log stairs used for access to the beautiful beach. Broken fluorescent tube from kitchen light beside fridge. Dishwasher doesn’t work and I don’t think it has worked for a very long time as buttons are missing and it’s taped shut. Let host know about the smell. "
