"Was disturbed to have the cleaning staff trying to come into the room with a sign on the door. They knocked and then started to come after we said we were still using the room. A member of our family was still sleeping (they work night shift). The cleaning staff were also loudly talking across the hallways at 9am in the morning. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable (maintaience hours being 9am-10am was inconvenient timing - prior to the pool opening or after checkout time would have been better). The pool bathroom and showers (right after maintenance time had yellow coloured paper towel pieces on the walls, bathroom floor, and shower floor and there was yellow liquid around the toilet. Breakfast lacked a variety of fruits, the eggs were very liquidy, and there were no dairy free options for coffee or cereal."
