Upon arrival they checked in someone else into my room. They did ended up finding another room for us and gave us a free dinner at their buffet. The room drain in the tub didn't work. The poor area was nice.

It was okay, crowded today but the kids really enjoyed it. My only issue was checking in, whatever you do avoid the self checking, that machine charged me multiple times, my credit card company froze my card thinking it was fraudulent. I had to call and verify it was my. However the staff said wait till Monday and all the final hold charges will be sorted out.

Overall great experience, kids had fun wife and I had good time at casino and the facility and staff are great. Was not that happy with food choices and quality of food, especially at the “upscale restaurant”

I am trying to dispute this second unauthorized charge that I had already clarified with them at front desk before checking out. However they still charged me. Room stuff I took pictures and showed them my blanket was bad was scuffed and full of lints balls the shower was horrible when you turned the water on and put it to shower the water was coming out on the top and bottom instead of just the top, the fitted sheet was ripped and didn’t fit on the bed never again I don’t want to go back there
