Zalety: - duży, wygodny, przestronny dom (dostępne całe piętro) z dużym ogrodem (w gorące dni szczególnie fajne jest oblewanie się wodą z węży ogrodowych:) - miejsca jest dla dużej rodziny z dziećmi (2+4) - dostępna jest kuchnia z wszystkim co trzeba - bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem. Wady: - brak pralki ! - za ogrodzeniem znajduje się ruchliwe rondo - no cicho tam nie jest, nawet w nocy - dom znajduje się w Nicolosi, ogłoszenie sugeruje, że jest to Mascalucia (zapewne błąd który warto skorygować)
