"L’équipe de la réception n’a été d’aucune aide durant ce séjour. À notre arrivée à l’hôtel, on nous a attribué une chambre avec un seul lit pour deux personnes, alors que notre réservation était clairement pour une chambre avec deux lits. Malgré cette erreur, le personnel de l’accueil n’a démontré aucune empathie et n’a proposé aucune solution. Pendant que nous tentions de régler la situation avec eux, une autre cliente, qui avait entendu notre conversation, nous a généreusement offert d’échanger sa chambre avec la nôtre, puisqu’elle voyageait seule et disposait de deux lits dans sa chambre. Sans son intervention, nous serions restés sans solution mais malheureusement les deux autres personnes ont passé la nuit dans un seul lit. Autre point décevant : depuis quand doit-on payer le stationnement d’un hôtel lorsqu’il s’agit simplement d’un stationnement extérieur situé à côté de l’établissement et non d’un garage fermé? On nous a facturé 16 $ supplémentaires pour y stationner notre véhicule. Pire encore, si vous avez un véhicule électrique, on vous demande 40 $ de plus pour le recharger. Pourtant, une recharge complète avec un superchargeur coûte généralement moins de 20 $. Bref, une très mauvaise expérience. Le manque de service à la clientèle, l’absence d’empathie et les frais additionnels injustifiés ont grandement nui à notre séjour."
