"Everything about our stay here was perfect. The hotel is amazing. It looks amazing from the outside. The rooms are outstanding. Everything was clean. The views were amazing. The atmosphere at and around the hotel was outstanding. Having parking included, having the gondola included and having the canopy climb included in our booking made it more than worth it for the price of the room. We will definitely be coming back."

"We spent 6 nights at Mosaic Suites in a deluxe room. The rooms have all been recently renovated and everything is new. The kitchenette is well set up with a cooktop, microwave, fridge and has pans, dishes and silverware. Very nice if you bring breakfast or lunch foods. Everything in the village is clean and staff are very friendly. The only things I can make any comments on that I was a little disappointed in was the pool is lovely as well as the hot tub but the water was very cloudy and there were parts of pine ones floating in the hot tub. Just felt like a little bit of maintenance could be done. There were so many kids in the hot tub it was hard to relax. And my only other complaint is the shops are not very handicap friendly. I have a walker and some of the stores are too crowded to get into. Overall I highly recommend this place as we hope to come back again."
