"Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Hotel is 6 mins away from village, a nice little walk. We used our $20 voucher for breakfast and it was delicious. There is no fan in the washrooms so just keep that in mind, but I would stay again."

Blue Mountain Resort Village Suites
"One big complaint were the elevators. Two are clearly not enough for such a busy accommodation ( Seasons At Blue). They were very slow and usually packed during check out and check in times. No separate service elevators mean the staff are using as well. Several times we had to use stairs which is not good when you are struggling with poor mobility. The room was clean and had everything you need for stay. Air con was very loud though but kept room cool so a trade off I guess. Check in staff were excellent and very helpful. Our request to be close to our kids was taken care of. In fact all the staff we encountered were friendly and polite. Front desk displayed lots of patience with some guests demand and children. Our first time back to the village in many years, as we usually stay at Snowbridge for the privacy. It was enjoyable but very very busy ( long weekend) and we will likely go back to Snowbridge."
