Location was great really close to V&A waterfront staff were very friendly & helpful. Food at hotel & breakfast was good plenty of choice. Outdoor area on 2nd floor was good. Only recommendadtion would be to have an outside seating area on ground floor would be ideal.

Radisson RED V&A Waterfront, Cape Town
Very hard bed. Sent us to the wrong room the first time. Staff seemed bothered that I insisted on getting what I paid for. Also didn’t receive the free bottle of wine I was supposed to get. I was hoping Radisson only sucked in the U.S. but I guess it’s universal.
