Very nice hotel. Only there for overnight.

Pros: Convenience to V& A waterfront. Lovely lobby area. Very good breakfast & food service to our room.
Historically attractive & welcoming lobby. Very close to V&A Waterfront. Our check-in agent was a bit business like. Room was quite comfortable with only minor shortcomings (space for room service meals & pillow choices). Allowed us to have a late check-out (12:30) & store our baggage which was very much appreciated. The arranged for a cab to the airport that was there on time.

Friendly very helpful staff

We received a small upgrade upon checking in (even a bit early). The concierge was exceptionally helpful getting a new urgent booking when an adventure company failed to turn up for our shark diving. All the staff were very obliging and helpful.
