We had such an amazing stay at this beachfront condo—it was absolutely perfect for our family of four! From the moment we arrived, everything was thoughtfully set up to make our trip easy and relaxing. They truly thought of everything for the beach—towels, a wagon, chairs, a cooler, and even an umbrella—which made our daily walks to the shore effortless and fun.The condo itself felt very safe and comfortable, and the location couldn’t have been better. We loved being within walking distance of several fantastic restaurants, making evenings just as enjoyable as our beach days.This place made our vacation stress-free and memorable. We’re already looking forward to coming back again!

What a wonderful Stay at this lovely Beachfront condo! Clear views of the Beach and the Gulf. Beautiful nightly sunset views from the back balcony and morning dawn views from the dining room and front balcony. At night the view from the dining room wall of windows comes alive with lights from all over Marco Island. It was like staying in a Chicago high rise with gorgeous city views! Perfect ambiance for those stay in dinner nights. We spent all our time on the beach or at the pool. Definitely walk the shore for the abundance of shells deposited by the gulf every day. Husband enjoyed his morning pickleball games at the included courts. The condo was beautifully updated. Very open and airy. The furniture was so comfy! The hosts were extremely responsive and very friendly. Check in and check out was a breeze!

Objekt schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, dafür sehr gut gepflegt.Traumhafte Aussicht vom Balkon.An Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt.Ein wenig befremdlich fanden wir die Check- out Regeln- Betten abziehen, benutzte Wäsche darf 2 Waschmaschinenladungen nicht überschreiten, sonst muss man nachzahlen.Der Vermieterkontakt war super.

The beach is beautiful, but it is a very long walk across the sand to reach the water itself. That was really the only downside of this property and certainly not the owner's fault. Everything else was perfect!

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view! Loved the balconies. Beach isn't a far walk and some restaurants are also in walking distance. Jeff was very quick to reply to any questions I had and quick to act. Highly recommend staying here.

This location is for a PRICELESS view of the Gulf. I will return for sure. This is a quiet property however there was construction during our stay we were not aware of prior to arrival. Thankfully it was periodic & one or two early starts at 8am so we dealt with it. They are resurfacing balcony masonry so it was loud 20 % of time. I am not a Vrbo frequent flyer & would prefer a unit that had all the basic necessities even if for a nominal restock fee. The AC was affected briefly by a power outage during rain storm but was quickly reset by owner. Works great! The cleanliness of the room was a 3/5 & I let the owner know (solvable). The laundry room is great. We left many supplies for the next guests and many items are left behind guest to guest in this unit. Check all the cabinets before you get your own items. The pool is great/clean but quiet here & no entertainment/loud music etc for those looking for it & no night swim. Property is well kept. People are very nice. The neighborhood is filled with niche restaurants & delicious dining options a short drive away. We spent much time in Naples again a bit more of a drive but so worth it. The beach is pristine like others reported it’s a healthy 10 minute walk 15 if you are leisurely paced. my shibumi from home would have been best, there were many there. Chairs & a beach cart/umbrella are provided by unit. That was super helpful. The umbrella dig not our forte lol. It was a comical moment. See pics for views!

Beautiful property with all the amenities needed for a great vacation. Plenty of kitchen stuff if you like to cook, beach gear for visits and amazing patio views. Great communication through host. Only reason not given 5 stars was really just a mishap in the fact that the AC did not work when we checked in due to unit needing to be replaced.

The property is just a gorgeous as the pictures. The walk to the beach is not for the faint of heart. It’s as big as it looks and about a 15 minute walk to the water. Also has additional 100 parking fee and shared paid laundry. But very private, well maintained, beautiful property with great views of the island and the Gulf.

This wonderful South Seas property is just as advertised! A gorgeous, freshly remodeled, corner unit that has everything you’ll need for a heavenly stay. Communications with the owners (not a mgmt company… a huge bonus in my book!) were prompt and detailed. If you like walking the beach at sunrise, shelling galore, getting some cardio on the pickleball courts, and then winding down with a dunk in the pool, then this slice of heaven is for you!

Amazing Stay!

The unit is beautiful as described and pictured. The location is perfect, we couldn’t have asked for better. The host is excellent with great communication. Checkin in process is organized and simple. I’d recommend this place to anyone and would happily stay again.

Relax in comfort

Super comfortable accommodations, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. Luxurious linens, beach accessories, a complete kitchen arrangement and plenty of space for two couples to relax. Easy access to beach, fishing and pickleball, if that's your desire. Will definitely be looking to rent here again!
