Escapar a la isla y sentirse relajado instantáneamente en June Court! Esta luz y brillante central de Marco Island casa ha sido recientemente actualizado con mobiliario de estilo costero nuevo y ofrece un amplio plan de piso abierto perfecto para una familia a extenderse. Desde la puerta de entrada, entrar en una sala de estar formal con salón de estilo para cinco asientos, luego pasar a la sala de estar, donde un sofá seccional y reclinación de cuero asiento otras siete personas con vistas a la televisión de pantalla grande. El baño de huéspedes está situado entre ellos con una ducha / bañera combo y una puerta de los lleva a la zona de la piscina. Una guarida en la parte delantera de la casa y se ha convertido en un cuarto dormitorio con una tradicional puerta completamente cerrable, literas, un armario, TV y escritorio. Fuera, el lanai es completo con comedor asientos para 6, una parrilla de gas y por supuesto, la piscina climatizada! Tres tumbonas con vistas a la piscina y el canal, donde un gran muelle proporciona extra lounging y tomar el sol espacio. El garaje está equipado con equipo de playa (sillas y sombrilla) y 4 bicicletas que puede utilizar para explorar la isla o golpear la playa - el punto de acceso más cercano está a sólo 5 km de la casa. The house is clean, spacious and a perfect for our family of 4 with two teen boys. The pool was amazingly warm and the highlight of the trip. Access to the canal was wonderful our kids to fish off- we even saw a dolphin. The only feedback is its proximity to the beach. You can make the walk, but it’s a hike.

This home is everything that's listed and then some. We enjoyed our stay and all the amenities. The home is close to beaches, shopping, and wonderful restaurants.

Nice house

The house was very clean and the lay out was perfect. We really appreciated the available beach supplies, the beach carts were super helpful for our trips to the beach. Great outdoor space also!

Xmas vacation

We loved our stay! We had one little hiccup, but the property management team went to work quickly and resolved the issue. The house is well equipped and very clean. We were visited by a dolphin at the dock and there were owl nests nearby which were amazing to see. We will definitely be back :)

The pool was AMAZING—kept so warm that we didn’t miss having a hot tub at all. In fact, we preferred the heated pool over the typical cold pool hot tub setup. We swam in the rain and had soooo much fun! The kitchen is well appointed and had everything we needed. We cooked quite a bit during our stay and had no issues.A couple of things to note: there are no blackout shades, and the TVs could definitely use an update. We’re not big TV people and spent most of our time outside, but when we tried to wind down with a movie one or two nights, the picture quality made it less enjoyable.Overall, we would absolutely stay here again. The home is a bit outdated but very clean, and the hosts were great. Also, for anyone new to renting on Marco Island, it’s standard for homes not to provide items like shampoo and conditioner, more than a couple days’ worth of toilet paper and paper towels, or laundry detergent—so plan accordingly.

Christmas Break

Great family vacation to the beach!! We enjoyed morning and evening swims in the heated pool, walks and bike rides to the ocean. The house was clean upon arrival. The kitchen had all the amenities to cook when needed. There were beach chairs, cooler, beach toys and pool toys to enjoy in the garage when needed. We enjoyed soaking in the sunshine and memories made with our kids. Marco Island did not disappointed!! We will be back!! Thanks for making our beach vacation awesome!!

Centrally located waterfront property

The location of this property was great. The home needs some repairs but it was sold recently so I believe we were the 1st renters. All in all the visit was enjoyable. The property manager was prompt in our request for a maintenance need.

Best Getaway

We had a fantastic time at June Court. The house was well stocked and a perfect size for our group. We also had use of the dock which was great for renting a boat to explore Marco Island. House was appropriately updated and very clean.

Kids spent most of the time in the amazing pool. We ate most of our meals poolside so that table is a nice bonus. All bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. Only suggestion is to put some board games and puzzles for evening entertainment.

Beautiful but construction next door

House was very nice and clean and area was convenient to amenities They are Building a house across the canal and they work 6 days a week from sun up to sundown and was extremely loud sitting out on lani and the construction is not goin to be done anytime soon would have been nice to have king size sheets on the king size bed instead of using queen sheets that dont fit at all.
