VRBO support and booking was the worst. I will never use them again.They reserved two different units with two separate managements and then provided no support to correct their error In the future, I will arrange my vacation rentals through a local agency

Good location , good price

Only 2 negatives I can think of : 1) No area to eat outside down by the pool. 2) about a 10 min walk to the shore from building 3 . Otherwise lovely view from the balcony and everything we needed ❤️

Satisfaction

Loved the unit and view, however the pool is way to small for the people potential. One main entry in the shallow end where most people gathered. Beach access was way to far unless you like camping out all day.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property and location was fantastic. Just a couple housekeeping suggestions.....new pillows on all beds. The existing pillows were awful. The floors in the condo could also use a general cleaning (ie soap & water). Overall very happy with the condo, the location and experience in dealing with Marco Island Properties.

South Seas Club is my Happy Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was the best equipped Condo and complex I have ever stayed in. I have been renting condos in florida for 40 years. South Seas Club is a very efficient and secure property. We were able to utilize all the amenities available. Grandma with my son’s family of 4 stayed comfortably in this clean and upgraded condo. Marco Island and the South Seas complex is where you want to vacation in winter. Whenever I had a question or issue, the Marco Vacation Properties were professional and responded quickly to my needs. I will go through this rental properties again.

Reviewer Comments: Fantastic stay in this great property.Super clean and very comfortable, loads of linens, towels and beach towels and generally very well stocked.The distance from the main beach is about half a mile, but we knew this before we stayed and it wasn’t a problem for us.The pool is a great alternative and there were plenty of sun beds.All the staff at the property were friendly and helpful.We would love to return.

Lovely Rental in South Seas

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is just lovely and completely updated. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and baths. The deck furniture is super comfortable and enjoyed the most beautiful sunsets. The pickleball, tennis, and bocci across the street is brand new and the community is lovely. Now the not so good...the pool was closed for 7 days out of the 14 days we were there. We were not allowed to use any of the other pools on the property which I found to be odd since it's one large community. Our owner was so lovely to compensate us for this but it really wasn't their fault.

Wonderful condo, very nicely appointed!

We had a wonderful time staying at the towers and visiting Marco Island., and hope to stay here next year! We had a miscommunication with the housekeeping manager, but the matter was graciously resolved with the owner.

Great location

We loved the location and property was exactly as promised! Only bad thing for kids was they had to be quiet and couldn’t play in pool as it was mostly older adults and no jumping in pool.

Clean condo with great location and amenities

Great spot to vacation. Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Beach was beautiful and location on Tigertail beach is the best spot on the island for shelling and natural beaches.
