Hotel interior looks nice at first glance. The pool has been closed for who know how long, elevators barely work. One elevator hasn’t been inspected in 4 years and the other had no inspection records. Room was decent enough. Neighborhood around the property was sketchy at best.

I never write poor reviews, but this one is merited. I was okay with no hot water/a freezing cold shower, and with an elevator whose buttons didn't work. I was not okay with not being told the AirGarage outside would charge my license plate, even tho I'd registered with the hotel, and ZERO help to reverse the erroneous charge from the staff the next morning. Shame on this place.

I thought a Wyndham would be fine. The desk lady was great but the room was mediocre. Very noisy with road noise. But worst was no hot water. Shuttle driver was rude and late as well.

Original room had a bag with with chicken bones beside/under one of the beds, there was trash at the door outside of the room (pieces of paper and plastic), and there was no remote for the TV. I let the front desk know and we were moved to a new room. The bathtub drain was clogged taking a long time to drain and a yellowish water would accumulate.

When a hotel becomes a Wyndham...

Upon check in they gave us a room that was already occupied. Great start. Back in the day when this was a Marriott, it was pretty cool. When a hotel becomes a Wyndham, it's not a good sign. BTW forget about the pool. It wasn't open when we were there and by reading other reviews, it's been that way for a while.

Room was double billed to my card & manager wasn’t helpful, the phone missing face panel, no info on hotel or area in room, key cards didn’t work had 7 sets, chair at desk had arm loose, standing lamp worked, but had to lean against sitting chair to stay standing. Floor not vacuumed asked for other room and was ignored and given another set of key cards.

We were stranded at the airport for over an hour and a half with front desk saying he's on his way . Would not recommend this hotel if you're flying

Not a good experience at all!!

We checked in at 3pm. When we went up to the assigned room, we found that it hadn't been turned over yet. Beds slept in, towels everywhere etc. We went down and got assigned a different room. When we checked in, there was no hot water. We ran the hot water in both sink and tub for over 5 minutes with no change. Went down to report this and was told they would notify maintenance. Was also told that we would need to run the water for 10 minutes minimum to get hot water. Front desk staff weren't particulary friendly. I accidentally spilled some water from our cooler on the floor by the room entrance, so I wiped it up with a couple of towels. When I did the towels revealed a LOT of dirt on the floor (they were so dirty and gross!!). We waited a couple of hours and no maintenance person so we had to leave for the Guardians' baseball stadium. Got back from the game and I checked with front desk and they couldn't tell me whether maintenance came or not, but that "they probably had to reset the water." Next morning I went to take a shower and even after 10 minutes there was no hot water. At the end of my very cool shower the hot water FINALLY kicked in. Breakfast was adequate, though I've had better during my stay at a different chain while on our trip.

There was a lot of maintenance happening hot tub was unusable, the lobby bathrooms were dirty with no toilet paper, garbage on the ground and a wig on the counter. The floor we were on smelled like mildew, and smoke. Hair all over the bathroom floor in our room. Floors were dirty throughout the building, main floor and carpets throughout. Dirty stair wells and elevator was getting jammed and going to random floors we didn’t choose to go to. Overall would not stay here again.

Good things, room was clean, breakfast was good, now the bad, which is alot which is why i don't recommend anyone stay here, pool and hot tub down entire 4 day trip, besides room rest of hotel was filthy, garbage outside not changed entire time we were there, a/c in room wouldn't cool room off, still 82 with it running on high, have outside courtyard but couldn't use a it was locked entire stay, desperate need of updates and drop clean

Average hotel

Our room was clean and nice. However, just walking through the hallways, the floors were dirty and needed to be swept. It gave a negative impression of the hotel at first sight. The air conditioning in our room did not work and it was 80 degrees in there. It took the staff a while to find us a new room, but they did upgrade to a larger room, which was the proper response for our inconvenience and was appreciated. Even the hallways on the upper floors were hot. Those were our only complaints. Other than that we were satisfied.

Overall the room was good. I did have a slight problem with the toilet. The tank kept leaking water shutting on and off. Also the shower had no cold water. I had to shower using very hot water. I had an issue with the staff at checkout. The agent lied when she said she said that she charged my debit card when At first she did not. Poor attitude
