Our check-in is fast and room is ready.Our family room is clean, with toiletries and slippers. The staff are courteous, efficient and helpful. When we arrived it was still early but may check in early, soon as a room was available we were able to. The front desk staff were helpful and effecient.The safety officers were attentive and friendly as well. The shops are walking distance from regular stuff to expensive stores.Lots of dining options, walking distance.The parks are walking distance as well.

The room was clean the shower was “hot” for us foreigners lol. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We didn’t eat dinner there but breakfast was nice and convenient. It’s not a buffet. The hotel itself shows its age in places but it’s still a very good solid 3.8 star hotel. I would recommend for sure. If booking here ask for a room not facing the main entrance as there is major construction work going on at night currently.
