The area was good, the room was good, and I enjoyed the club. However, it should offer more food and drink choices, and it implemented some rules that other club hotels don't have, such as not allowing food to be taken outside the room.

Great service from opening the taxi door on arrival to closing the taxi door upon leaving. All staff were extremely curteous, the room was clean and spacious and it was great to get a comfortable bed a powerful hot shower (not always gauranteed in Philippines). Seda is a very short 5 minute walk to BGC High Street where you will find all the shops and restaurants you're ever likely to need ). Do check out the roof top bar for a nightcap and great views over the local area. 2nd floor pool area was clean and the gym was well maintained. Would definitely stay again.

Modern, clean and comfortable hotel in a great location near the BGC high street with many shops and dining options. My only criticism would be of the food temperature as all the “hot” food items in the breakfast buffet were stone cold. Would recommend.

The only hiccup was they have disconnect between what is on system headcount per room and what is on their list for breakfast, we always have issue every time we go for breakfast to confirm with our head-counts for couple of days. Room and overall facilities was good. Quality of breakfast was good but service could be improved. Bellhops, security, and cleaning staff were great while receptionists, front desk personnel were ok. They offered massage services but only in-room. For a big hotel like this, they should have their own massage room/massage tables which would be more comfortable and relaxing.
