The room is clean and in a good location. Room is very small. Knew it would be small but wow it’s really small. No towels in the room and had to go to the front desk twice to get them. All staff were very friendly and professional

My request for city view was not accommodated for the 3 rooms , first room given had a moldy smell , I requested for another room and initially front reception said there was no available room with city view where in fact the hotel looked so empty , the bedsheet had a stain , no shower door , clogged shower drain , dirty looking towels with no replacements,dirty plastic electric kettle .Bed bugs,my husband had bed bug bites , there wasn’t a daily room cleaning ,the only good thing about the hotel is the location good access to the places I want to hang out ,eat and shop.Starbucks around the corner is a plus . There was no closet for clothes .TV does not work I need to ask staff to fix it .

My experience was disappointing the room is not fully equipped there no microwave and although there was a safety box is not working. The towel is look dirty the towels provided to guest should be clean and white additionally when you request something from the staff. The response time is very slow. And shower room there no cover.so water spread on floor

The room was in okay condition. When I opened the blinds I could see a huge spot on the comforter where probably past guests slept on. It would’ve been nice if the sheets were sparkling white. The spot grossed me out. Luckily I always spray my hotel beds with alcohol before I sleep on them. When I requested at the front desk more toilet tissue and a refill on the bath soap dispenser, they didn’t do it. My Netflix did not work and I could not figure out how to “cast” from my iPhone. I stayed 6 nights. Nothing was cleaned or replaced during my stay. I also did not ask for my room to be made.
