Some local cuisine would be nice. Staff very difficult over charging and bills, no menu provided or price list for extra game drives, they made up the prices. "

The game drives are all led by knowledgeable and friendly staff so even if the wild-life is sometimes hard to find, they do their utmost to keep you informed and enjoy the experience of being in the "bush". A great place to stay for an African experience. It does not provide (the unwanted) 5* accommodation but provides a real feel of what many people would like to find. It was our 5th visit, so that must show something to indicate our approval! "
