"The room was clean and spotless! Forgot to pack towels but luckily there were some in the room already. The staff were very helpful and friendly at the front desk, felt like we were catching up with old friends. The only complaint I have id that the lamps near the bed didn’t work. I’m sure the staff would’ve fixed it if we asked, but we didn’t bother to because it wasn’t too big of a deal."
