We have stayed here several time. My 2.5 year old loves the pool here. We called last week to check to make sure the pool was open and we were told it was. When we arrived, we were told the by reservation only and it was all full and they weren’t taking anymore reservations. We wish we would have known this before or we would not have stayed here since it is a1/2 hour where we really need to be. I understand the reservation on the pool because of COVID but just wish we would have been told when we called last week.

Older hotel, but very clean. Very nice staff. Loved that there is a nice restaurant on site as it was snowy out and we didn’t have to drive anywhere for dinner. Our beds were comfortable with nice pillows. Big complaint was the heater in the room which was very noisy and constantly going off and on.

Said we had a free breakfast not. The beds were not made very good. The sheets kept coming off the bed. The curtian was ripped so everyone could look into the room.plus the ac was not working right. I think for what i payed for we should of gotten free breakfast.i am not happy at all i would like something in return it was not worth 144 a night.i will not be going back to that hotel for a while. Very unhappy

The lobby and exterior were nice. We stayed on the 4th floor. Once on that floor it was terrible. Peeling wall paper, stained ceiling tiles, damaged walls and paint. Inside the room was dirty, and outdated. That bathroom was dirty and areas of it had not been cleaned in quite some time. The rolling shower doors were so loud that you could hear other people’s shower doors open and closing throughout the early morning hours and evenings. This was a total disappointment. We will never stay at a radisson property again. I am also disappointed in travelocity for having this property on their website...

My husband and I stayed there for the weekend of his son's wedding. Very impressed with the staff, the room and the outside looks like a castle. Highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful clean hotel in a good location

The heating unit is very noisy and kept me up all night. The complimentary coffee from 5-11 am ran out at 7:45. Nice hotel, good staff, but don’t use it if you need to sleep, or want good coffee in the morning.
