The check in process was fine but! The first room we were assigned the smoke detecor was burnt black and removedfrom its place on the wall. The wall wasblack where the wires had burned! The second room they assigned us was supposed to be a non smoking room. It reaked of smoke. The 3rd room they assigned us also had oders that irritated our senses, but was mildly tolerable. The mattress was worn out that slumped to the center. All three rooms had worn out and dirty chairs, and beaten up furnishings. The title Quality Inn was clearly a miss nomer, and was far from truthful.

We stayed one night at this motel. We had to wait several minutes to get checked in, but the front-desk person was very nice. Unfortunately, the room was small and dark (not every light worked), the bathroom downright tiny, and the bed was too soft and very uncomfortable. We were unable to get an extra towel. Breakfast was limited, so we ate out. When we got back, we couldn't get in because the security latch on the inside somehow got pushed into place, making it impossible to open the door. The manager got it open for us and we're glad that the security latch worked, but it was one more inconvenience. We won't be back.

This was a very bad experience in this hotel. We asked for a non-smoking room just for the room to stink and reek of smoke. We had family members that suffer from asthma. Not only this but the bed sheets were stained with what looked to be blood or something like that. It wasn’t a good experience. I really had a bad time, I do not recommend this place to anyone who likes a clean sleeping place.

The bathroom had a dead bug on the floor, the sheets were wrinkled and didn’t seem clean. The sink drain looked rotten. They charged us an extra $20 to get in a room at approximately 2 pm. The breakfast was a joke. They had a few yogurts, but I had to ask for them to be restocked, some apples, cereal and waffles. The orange juice looked and smell odd. It was a very unpleasant stay.
