The shower head fell and hit my husband while he was in the shower. They came in “fixed it“ it was still on the floor so we kinda had to Jerry rig the shower quite a bit we were on the first floor and that entire floor was just hot. It was muggy and hot inside the hotel. The staff wasn’t the friendliest. Our phone did not work in our room so to call to the front desk, I had to actually call on my cell phone. I would not come back to this hotel.

I was surprised that there was not daily housekeeping, the pucity of food and drink, and the complete lack of functioning WIFI except in the lobby.

The hotel was very hard to find. The hotel is way behind a couple of buildings. There were no signs posted to where the hotel was. We wasted time trying to find it. The room was clean and nice.

I’m wish I had got the insurance plan, but i figured since it was only for a night I’d be okay. Not, was sleeping tv was not on and kept getting calls from the front desk and banging on my door for a noise complain i let them know i am asleep there is no noise coming from my room and it continued for at least 3 times! I was so annoyed and nervous I got up at 2 am and left because it scared me! Wish i could get my money back

Decent hotel

The room was clean, cozy bed and has netflix, hotel and hallways overall smelt actually good, looks like the building is a bit outdated but they do a good job keeping everything clean and nice looking. Kept having problems with my card and needing to go back and up again over and over and elevator is extremely slow. but front desk accompanied w each issue each time no problem.

The gym was sub par. Bike seat broken off and unusable. The equipment and room could only handle 1-2 people at a time. Ants in the room! Everywhere! I chose this hotel because it had a gym, pool and restaurant. The restaurant was closed on Saturday. On the plus side: staff was super helpful and eager to please. The breakfast was good and our Friday evening meal in the restaurant was nice. The pool was great especially in the HOT temps. The air conditioning in the room was great and the beds comfortable. Location for where we were wanting to go perfect.

The only thing was matter to our family is to have comfortable staying. All other amenities were not useful to us on this trip. We stayed 3 nights with complimentary breakfast which we didn't attend. Room was comfortable. Linens changed timely fashion. Couldn't ask for more.
