Juniper Springs Resort
"We arrived at around 9:00 p.m., only to find that the road near the resort entrance was closed to vehicles. I had no choice but to park, get out of the car, and walk quite a long way to check in. We had originally booked a room with one queen bed and one sofa bed. At check-in, the staff member excitedly told me that our room had been upgraded to a better one. We were happy at first, but after having a late dinner and getting ready for bed, we realized that the sofa wasn't a sofa bed at all. There were three of us staying in the room—my husband, our child, and me—so we had planned for either my husband or me to sleep on the sofa bed. It was a very unpleasant surprise. By then it was already past 11 p.m., and we were too exhausted to repack everything and ask to change rooms. I ended up sleeping on the sofa, but it was so uncomfortable that my back hurt badly, and I barely slept all night. It was a terrible night."
