Two issues. 1. When I inquired ahead about parking and transport to the airport, they simply said there was parking and a shuttle. I assumed the parking is included. It is a very expensive amount per a night, had to find last minute place for my vehicle at another location separate from hotel I was staying at and adjust trip to airport. They need to be more transparent about this and specific. 2. The housekeeping staff came and opened our room door at 8a well before check out, fine but then even after they saw us still in our room, opened and shut again, then knocked. I will say the front desk apologized for this and called housekeeping. But it is extremely rude to be woke up 3 hours before check out because a housekeeper is so thoughtless.

We did not get any of our requests met. The room was below par, we heard pipes running in the wall, the heating unit sounded like it was going to explode. We asked for a suite with a tub and payed a suite price but received a standard room, with an outdated shower. I will recommend the restaurant and the staff, we were very impressed with food we received at dinner and at breakfast. They made a big deal for my daughter’s birthday. The birthday was the reason for our stay, we were promised a first class stay and we were given a below standard stay. Would not recommend staying there just going for the restaurant when visiting the mall.

I had an amazing experience staying at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The service throughout my stay was top-notch, and every request was handled promptly and courteously. I also really enjoyed the food—delicious and with great variety. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel. I’ll definitely be coming back!

This is the perfect hotel if you wanna do a lot of shopping at the mall. It’s only 1 minute walk from the hotel. You don’t even have to leave the hotel to go from the hotel to the mall. I would literally buy something then go and put it in my bag in the hotel. It felt like the hotel was a part of the mall. I never even used the bathroom in the mall. I just went back to my room as the furthest point from the mall is only a 15 minute walk back to the hotel room. It’s also perfect for the airport as it’s only 8 minute drive from the hotel. There’s even public transportation from the hotel to the airport. Will definitely be back
