2nd time staying here. Location is good for old St. Paul downtown access. Friendly staff and in good condition. Alarm was going off constantly in an adjacent room that was apparently unoccupied. Heat appeared to be turned off for the year. Setting thermostat to 'heat', did nothing but blow cold air so 64 at night on the room. Little bit chilly.
