Nothing works at this hotel. Shuttle van from airport did not come to pick us up even after three phone calls to the hotel. Reaching the hotel by phone was extremely difficult. I was on hold for over ten minutes twice. The room key did not work so every time we wanted to enter we had to be escorted by a hotel staff person. Staff was inexperienced and very slow. They have limited knowledge of English. This is a hotel to be avoided.

the property is new and apparently they just opened a couple of weeks ago and that might be why everything with staff, check ins, check out, coffee bar was so disorganized. The staff just look like they were all running around but no one knew what to do. it took more than 20min to check in. i waited over 15min to purchase a coffee cause they were all running around and no one even acknowledged me standing there waiting, even though they all saw me. And the worst part of the stay, was witnessing a guest complaining her purse with money and passports had disappeared from her room and the staff pretty much told her they couldn't do anything... not a good experience

This a new property. The rooms are good. But the staff are terrible. First off, I was not given the room I booked. I booked a superior room with a sofa bed, but was given a standard room. I didn’t realize this for 2 hours. When I found out there were no amenities in the room, not even a bottle of water (I’d be happy to pay) or a coffee machine, I went down to the front desk and they said it was a standard room and it doesn’t come with anything. Then I had to show them my Expedia booking and then they changed my room to another one with a coffee machine but no sofa bed. The shuttle doesn’t run according to the schedule they posted. So don’t be surprised if you stand for 45 min and don’t see one. The phones in the rooms don’t work (atleast yet). Overall, was very disappointed and would not book this place again.

New hotel so things are clean and nice. Airport shuttle was excellent. Pool and some of the landscaping not finished beginning of May. Although close to the airport, we didn’t get a lot of noise from aircraft.

The shuttle to the airport is not reliable

I booked this hotel for the shuttle to the airport. Unfortunately yes they have a shuttle, but it only picks up on weekends & holidays at 20:00, 21:00, and 22:00. Not convenient for a hotel near the airport. I arrived at 10:30am so I would have to wait 10 hours for a shuttle. Or pay €22 for a taxi. If you are booking for the shuttle, look elsewhere! This was hugely disappointing! Most other hotels had shuttles every 15-30mins. Even on week days there are 1.5 hrs in between shuttle runs. My room's floor also needed a sweeping it was very dirty.

Think twice before you book

After several attempts to contact unsuccessfully the hotel to get the shuttle schedule I finally got through on the phone. The shuttle service offered is extremely limited which they FAIL to mention on their services. Uber cost 16.80 euro 1 way. Although it is a new hotel and one would expect it to be clean, it was, there was only one, 1 ! towel in the room for 2 persons. The last shuttle in the morning is 9:45, check out is at noon, so how does that work? And if you have an early flight, forget it. Or a late flight. Could not get on internet. One needs to go downstairs and scan a bar code - was in my pyjamas already. Called reception, no answer. The reason is the management in their wisdom have one person answering phones, doing check-in and serving coffee and drinks. LOVELY reception that are dealing with a multi task situation that is not sustainable. So if you think you are saving money think again.. add Uber, no coffee in room and I suspect more issues on the way.
