The breakfast, which costed €5 extra, was in a place 300m away from the property, not in the hotel. It was a good place and a good breakfast, but the cost was around €5 anyway (or even less), and for that money I would have preferred to have a choice of where I get my breakfast. It wasn’t a good deal.

We only stayed for one night because we had a layover in Madrid. The hotel is a little hard to find as you have to look by the door for the name of it. The room is small but that’s expected based on price. It is a clean room and a clean bathroom, shower pressure is great. It’s close to metro and walking distance from major sights

This place is a gem right in the heart of Madrid. Do not expect a 4 star hotel, it is a hostel: small with what is needed to sleep and bathe. It was really clean, the room, bed and bathroom. Bathroom is private inside the room but there’s is also one outside. Comfortable and “big enough” for 2-4 days stay (for two). Be mindful it is small but we just went to sleep and keep going the next day so it was perfect for us. Walkable everywhere: plaza mayor, Corte ingles, really close to Chocolatería San Gines and a subway station. Felt safe during the stay and streets around the place. Would definetly stay again.

We were way overcharged for a dirty rundown tiny room. Feces were on the toilet seat, ceiling was stained and damaged, tiny room,and the management wasn't cordial. I would NEVER recommend this place!

Location!

Right near the action walkable to many sights and secure. Small room even though It was a superior double but did the job. Basic but clean. They need to put a mirror somewhere in the room, there is plenty of wall place. Just in bathroom is not enough. I recommend.

I don’t know why hotels in Madrid are so much more expensive compare to Barcelona or other city .. I was in Barcelona center a 4 star hotel and paying almost half , compare to this 2 star hostel in Madrid .. honestly it is good location, but not the best for what you are paying .

Primely Located Hotel

The hotel is located literally in the heart of Madrid. Easy accessibility to the major attractions and shopping areas. The hotel itself is very well managed. Clean and tidy room, although the amenities are a bit old fashioned. Yet it has the good value for money - affordable price in such a prime location. I would recommend this hotel to those who would put location at his/her top priority.

Awesome Location in Ancient Part of Madrid

It's essentially a hostel, but the location was awesome. Staff was very kind and helpful in finding places to spend time outside of work. There is a lot of noise from people on the street below, but it's not something that bothered me at all. I felt very lucky to be in such a great location.
