It is very close to metro and grocery stores. I advise you to bring some earplugs in case you get a room that faces the street. The trash pickup is done about 2 am. The trucks are loud. The food delivery guys hang out across the street and they are loud. Note the time that the reception desk is staffed. If you need anything they are very helpful when they are on duty. Negotiate when your room will be cleaned and where to leave your trash. Great bakery 2 door down to right.

This property was very basic- while they did help with small repairs they did not restock the basic toilet paper tissues garbage bags dishwasher detergent -only dropping off one at a time when we had 4 dishes (3 people)- the front desk staff was nonexistent. I basically bought coffee pods soap laundry to probably fill future rooms. The area around nice- fruit stand outside many groceries nearby and the metro Diego de Leon . For the price I think the charge was too great for little to no service or anything provided. Plus response time from company was not great

Se trata de un aparthotel. Está muy bien equipado con electrodomésticos de cocina, platos, vasos, copas, hasta cazuelas! Han pensado en todo. Lo único que señalaría es que mi apartamento era para personas minusválidas, y, o no lo decían, o yo no lo leí y algunas cosas se me hacían incómodas, como la ducha. Si vuelvo a Madrid, no dudaré en quedarme aquí nuevamente.

Muy bien ubicado, lo cual es excelente. El baño tenía muy mal olor , se intentó disimular con mucho desinfectante, pero al segundo día ya era inevitable. La vajilla era muy pobre, no tenía 4 platos grandes para las personas que en teoría se pueden hospedar. Esperaba mucho más de este lugar. Por último, nunca obtuve una respuesta a preguntas e inquietudes que tuve durante mi estadia

Recomendable, hacer checkin con tiempo.

Fue complicado el check in, la recepción no funciona en el horario que está indicado y el número telefónico tampoco era el correcto. Finalmente, después de un par de horas pudimos solucionar el problema del check in. Los espacios un poco pequeños ( para 4 personas) pero estaba todo bien en el apartamento y bien ubicado.

Una buena opción calidad precio.

Todo está bastante correcto, es un servicio que voy a volver a utilizar cuando vuelva a Madrid. Como observación si que se puede mejorar la claridad en cierta información y cómo resolver incidentes. Cuando llegamos nos costó un rato localizar la información del apartamento que teníamos asignado, a otra familia que vino casi al mismo tiempo le pasó lo mismo. Después tuvimos un pequeño inconveniente con el código de la cerradura, que no nos abría. Llamé a varios teléfonos hasta que finalmente dimos con uno en el que nos atendieron muy bien y nos resolvieron la incidencia. Creo que si la información del apartamento y el teléfono de incidencias estuviese más a la mano todo sería mucho más fácil. Pero por lo demás todo bien, la limpieza, los servicios, la ubicación y la atención del personal fue todo muy correcto.
