The property is located in a quiet enclave in the heart of Madrid, 500 meters from the Retiro Park and a short walk from the Prado Museum. It has a terrace of 8 m2 from which you can enjoy breath-taking views. As in all our NESTICs, in Lagunaria you will find a modern and functional design, where every detail has been carefully thought out for your enjoyment and relaxation. As always when you stay with us, utilities, two monthly cleanings and Wifi are included. At Lagunaria you will find original artwork by the artist Joan Hernández Pijuan. The greenest area of the city center, the Retiro neighborhood takes its name from the historic Retiro Park. The park also hosts several cultural events, such as the Book Fair, the most important literary event in Spain. Great stay
The property was modern and we were very comfortable there when working and relaxing. We could get help from the property manager when we needed it. We loved the local area, the proximity to the park and the great local restaurants.
