Our stay was amazing and we were so sad to leave. The front desk reps were welcoming and extremely helpful. This location was perfect! It's close to everything - within walking distance of stores, restaurants, sites and nightlife! I highly recommend this hotel.

Nicely located - a little on the edges of Madrid. Still walkable. Many cafes around the area which makes for a relaxing afternoon after a tour. Would prefer a smaller menu for breakfast as I am not a buffet person at that hour of the morning or the ability to order say a coffee and pastry. Rooms were very nice, beds comfortable overall excellent choice for our stay in Madrid. Front desk staff very helpful and very accommodating. Hasta!!

Very expensive and extremely disappointing stay. 450e per night during a weekday in June. Rude staff. I was on the first floor and got woken up by garbage truck during the night.
