Terrible experience. Will not book hotel again.

We were unable to stay and lost our payment. There were only 3 handicap spots and all were full. We rode around for a while but the entire parking lot was full. I went inside and asked the person at the desk where should we park and her response - I don’t know, I’ve never come across this situation before and suggested I speak to the manager the next day. There was also no local parking.

After a long day at the waterpark walking in to the most smooth and quick check in was amazing! Headed up to my room to 2 comfortable beds and couch. Would definitely stay here again. Just wish they had complimentary breakfast or at least reasonable prices because $4 for a bottle of water is insane lol

Our room was clean. The furniture outdated. There was no safe, no hair dyer, no mirror besides the bathroom one. The body wash and shampoo were completely empty when we arrived. The TV screen was broken, was showing snow. The air conditioner unit was extremely loud. Also, the parking lot was full when we checked in, so the front desk person told us to "double park" wherever we would like. We only stayed one night. At 9:30 am, there was repeated knocking on the door. It was housekeeping, apparently not realizing we hadn't checked out yet. I would not stay there again.

The property is close to Met Life stadium, which is very convenient when attending events. The front desk staff were helpful and allowed us to check in early. They also provided advice for getting to and from the stadium, which we appreciated. However, for the price we paid, we were disappointed that the rooms were somewhat outdated and the amenities in the room were very sparse. The bistro was closed on a Saturday afternoon, so we were unable to grab a quick bite before heading out to Met Life for a concert.

Don’t trust the negative reviews this hotel is in a great easy to access location and parking is easy and safe. Stayed here several nights. Excellent hotel without NEW YORK prices!
