My daughter and I stayed here to travel into NYC using the bus. Luis at the front desk was super helpful in explaining the best buses to take and even gave us a copy of the bus schedule. When we returned late at night he had remembered us and asked how the city was and what we saw. Everything about our stay was nice but because of Luis’ helpfulness and willingness to go the extra mile this will be our go to hotel for future NYC trips and we’ll be back this spring.

Hotel is old and stuffy. Not very clean. I noticed a leak in the washroom and we had to change rooms late night with small kids. Hotel offered free breakfast for the trouble. Not impressed with the hotel overall. It needs big renovations to feel clean, modern, and inviting.

had a great stay at this hotel. The receptionist was incredibly welcoming and made check-in smooth and pleasant. The room was huge, spotless, and very well maintained, which made the stay extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The room was fine. But the mattress was so soft and uncomfortable we could hardly sleep. I mistakenly thought breakfast was included but went to order coffee and bagels and they were out of bagels. We did get croissants but the presentation was quite poor. One piece of butter and one each cream cheese and jelly. No choices. A free breakfast in other hotels is much more varied and offers items in abundance. No water in the room and a very hefty price for the room. Over $300. I will cancel my upcoming reservation.
