The elevators were broken and had been according to another guest. We had to go down a grungy hallway to use the service elevator. Did not always feel safe. I thought maybe there would be a reduced rate to everyone. I was there for a 60th class reunion - so a bunch of old people, and we had used this hotel several times in the past. The room I reserved - a cabana - was not available because of construction. Was not told this when I made the reservation. Sorry I can’t give a better report this time.

Upgrades are an order I can see that this was quite the spot years ago. Have some monitors the halls it was a consistent smell of weed which means smoking was going on. Other than that I think it was a good night sleep

The staff is wonderful. Shout out to Cutter!!! Although in serious need of an update, The hotel has everything you need. This hotel use to have a breakfast that was made to order. It now has a buffet, which to be honest, was far from satisfactory. Silverware wasn't available upon arrival. Had to wait 10 minutes for fresh ones to be cleaned. Its a buffet, but you had to wait until the server/cook/cleaning staff brought it out to you. Not ideal

Everything was great. We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of food in the cafe. Room was very clean and the bed made up the next day. Staff nice. I don't expect to go to Beaumont again but would stay there again.

We had a good stay. Hotel was clean. Rooms were clean. The heater worked great and the breakfast was very good. The only complaint is the beds are small. The two queens beds are definitely more like two doubles.

Tower looked good. Sent us off to, what I referred to as the ghetto. Tried and tried to order room service. No menu in the room. Had to go to the website. Informed after several long waits on the phone. Tired and hungry, we finally gave up and found carry out. Pulled the sheets down and found bed bugs. Moved us to the tower. It was much nicer, but by then it didn’t count. The stay should have been free!!
