Staff and room were delightful. At breakfast, they were stale bagels and only chocolate chip muffins. The biscuits were stale and the only meat there was is in the gravy. We were kind of expecting a better breakfast than that but everything else was perfect

Great half-way stop for drive from CO to Houston

Clean room, friendly & helpful staff, room temp control worked well, breakfast was ample with a variety of choices, location is great...close enough to walk to restaurants if one is up for a walk. Easy access off the Loop. Ample parking and felt safe.

Friendly staff and the A/C in the room worked great. The beds were fine, but the pillows not so much. The wifi was terrible (almost non-existent). The cleanliness is debatable, I took a shower (water pressure was ok), the shower curtain looked like it had mold at the bottom. After showering and walking around the room barefoot, looked at my feet and the bottoms of my feet were black! The floors were hard surface floors, not carpet, so should be easier to keep clean, but these clearly had not been cleaned in a while. Did not partake in the breakfast offered, but did have the coffee, which was really good.

The couch in the king suite was so nasty I didn’t even want to touch it! Torn with all kinds of nasty stains. The a/c had black sticky stuff like it had once been taped to hold it together. The bed looked like it was half ass made the pillows
