My vacation to the city was saved by the phenomenal front desk staff at Towneplace suites — Jake is nothing short of a miracle worker. After having quite a mixed bag at another Marriot hotel in the Louisville downtown area, Jake was able to provide my girlfriend and I a room that fit our needs perfectly and on less than 12-hours notice. Jake made the process painless, seamless, and above all else easy! After saving our trip with a beautiful room, Jake went on to give me pointers on local attractions and areas of interest and provided some great conversation while we were waiting on rides and the like. Thank you Jake for turning my trip around! If I could give him five thousand stars out of five I would!!

We didn't have the breakfast. The parking was nice but confusing since the two hotels are right next to each other. The rooms were very quiet, not like some hotels. Beds were very comfortable. We will be back.

The building is both a fairfield inn and a springhill suites. The fairfield side door had a sign to use room key or press buzzer but the buzzer was not answered. I called the hotel and got someone on the springhill side and she was very helpful getting us checked in and showed us how to get to our room.
