The room was great. However, the shower knob was broken and the tub spout switch was very difficult to switch to shower. Also the breakfast in the morning, was very disappointing, literally microwaved frozen breakfast sandwiches

The front desk was not manned upon our arrival. There was a sign that someone would return shortly. After waiting a while I noticed someone sitting around the corner on a device. They forgot the remove the sign or place themselves in view. The interior of the building had a strange chemical like smell. When we got into our room we found it in disrepair. I have pictures. The toilet seat was pealing up plastic, the shower had cuts in the floor. The cabinet door for the refrigerator was crooked and hanging open. There were so many layers of paint and drips of different paints on fixtures and walls it was impossible for housekeeping to clean well. If it weren’t 11:00 at night we would have left to find another hotel. Front desk was nice enough to give us another room. It was better but the over all feel of this property was that it is a fixer-upper renting units while in process. Breakfast carried the same lack of quality and attention as the rooms. I didn’t realize Country Inn and Suites was bought out by Choice Hotels. Learning that explained a lot about this experience given past Choice Hotel experiences.

One-night stay on way to Tennessee. Room bathroom needs to be updated, shampoos and conditioners were used. Bed was comfortable. No restaurant list at desk. Had trouble with television and took the check-in person 15 minutes to come up and fix it. Ice machine on our 2nd floor was plugged in but no ice. Breakfast was adequate. Not worth the price that was paid.

Nice location, safe community near restaurants and retail. The staff interactions were ok. The cleaning staff should pay more attention and do a detailed wipe-down and dusting in the rooms. This hotel, in particular, was outdated and mediocre in comparison. I have stayed at this brand hotel in other cities, and they were very clean and overall updated.
