"Hotel a little tired and requires decorations internally and externally refreshed. Needs more professional management to identify where staff need to keep on top of routine tasks expected of hotel charging this room rate level. Better management of breakfast required to ensure sufficient food available for full breakfast period. Breakfast should not be scaled down and cleared away before period has ended. Room checks should ensure all features in rooms are working before occupation rather than waiting for guests to check and report on malfunctions."

"The room was unclean and very dirty. Food on the floor, smears on the kettle, and a stained duvet cover and hair on the sheets. They changed my room and the second room was serviced better, but was still dirty. Upholstery is stained, carpets are stained and not recently vacuumed. But since the sheets and towels were clean I stayed one night. It was the same with the hallway and staircases - heavily stained stained and unvacuumed carpets in the stairwells. Stained surfaces on wallpaper, kettles, etc."
