Good location

This one bedroom apartment is clean, well supplied, and located in a really good location. It is two blocks from the beach and a 5 minute walk to Riviera Village restaurants, bars and shopping. It is a one minute walk to Good Stuff restaurant and Riviera Mexican Grill. There is a small amount of road noise from Pacific Coast Highway (PCH), but it is very minor.

Weekend concert festival

We were in town for a weekend concert festival and needed a spot close to the venue. The check in and checkout process was seamless, and, upon arrival, when I reached out to the management team with a question, they answered immediately and quickly provided a solution. The location was just down the way from the beach, neighborhood shops and restaurants. The apartment was clean, and every detail had been considered. The kitchen and linen closet were stocked with all amenities in predictable locations. There is nothing we could have wanted that was not provided. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

Everything about our stay was exceptional! The attention to detail was the best we’ve every experienced at a VRBO. The unit was furnished with everything you could possibly need, even down to a toothbrush! The location was perfect! Two blocks to the beach and two blocks to riviera restaurants. The unit was completely renovated! Check in was super easy! Will stay again!

Great location! Loved being able to walk a few blocks to the village or beach. Beautiful stylish and organized cottage. Just a few small suggestions...santizing wipes would be nice to have on hand, especially in the bathroom. And also kleenex would be nice. Treadfu noise nouse

Great location

2 blocks from the beach and a quick drive to visit with our family. The unit was great. I missed that it was an upstairs unit in the description and it was a bit slow moving for my mom to get up the stairs but she did and she enjoyed the stay along with myself. Lots of restaurants close by. The sofa was comfortable for 2 people to sleep on and the apartment had everything we needed

Great Time!

This is a great place to stay. This was our first time visiting California. The communication was great with the property management, they were always responsive even before our stay, they were very detailed about everything from check in to places to go and eat. This property was clean, comfortable and neat we could not have asked for more. Stepping out to the street you have a view of the water as stated it is a short walk to the beach and grocery store is a short walk as well. We really enjoyed ourselves so much we booked an extra day. We will definitely be back and hope to rent this property again.

Exactly what was needed!

Updates to the property were nicely done, the unit is stocked with anything needed for the stay. The owners are very responsive and always available. I am looking forward to my next visit here.

Right Place at the Right Time

We had been traveling for 6 days already so the washer/dryer was especially welcomed and soap/fabric softener was provided! The kitchen is very well appointed and there’s great water pressure in the shower. It’s a bit of a hassle carrying suitcases up the steps and on-street parking was a pain. The location to Riviera and the beach are ideal. The exterior of the property is in bad repair but the interior is an oasis.

My husband and I enjoyed this lovely condo. It was stocked with everything you could think of. Check in/out process was the easiest I’ve experienced yet. You cannot beat the location, proximity to beach, shopping and wonderful restaurants.

Perfect home away from home

We had a great stay. This place had all the amenities we needed and it felt super homey. The owner came over right away when we couldn’t get the TV to work and would check in to see if we needed anything. It’s in a great part of town too!

Visiting son who lives in LA. Great location, lots of dining/evening options in walking distance. Short walk to beach. Management was very helpful and communication was great and easy. Will stay here again on next visit.

Great place

We rented this "beach pad" for a week during the holidays to visit with our nearby family. Though not large, the place is efficient, very well stocked, clean and well located. It fit the bill nicely for the two of us. It is close to shopping and the beach. On-street parking was OK (though tricky at times due to street cleaning, and posted no parking zones.) The location is convenient, if a bit close to the somewhat noisy PCH main thoroughfare. The owner was very responsive requests we had. We would hope to rent it again.

Great spot in Redondo Beach

We stayed at Bic's property for three nights. Brand new kitchen and bathroom. Amazing location close to food, coffee, beach, parking. Bic was so responsive and accommodating. We highly recommend this VRBO and the owner. We will be back.
