Overall, the property was excellent. The facilities were convenient. Too few hotels include a microwave and a refrigerator in the rooms anymore. Yours did and we needed them. However, the water pressure in the shower was extremely low to the point it was almost unusable. This was room 306.

Rooms are very nosy and we could not sleep. Windows do not block out the very noisy street (PCH) directly outside property. There was no warning on this and despite the hotel being quiet, we were not offered rooms on the quiet side (2 rooms booked). Toilers did not flush properly in either room and we were informed there was low water flow. As we booked with Expedia we were informed that the hotel could not offer appropriate compensation.

I’m a Hilton Honors Gold member and paid over $200 for my stay at this Embassy Suites. The room was infested with roaches — on the counter, the walls, and even on my towel. None of us felt comfortable showering or using the bathroom. Basic amenities like conditioner were also missing.
