The staff was good. Not enough space in breakfast area. The bathroom was disgusting PAINT does not cover up mold and mildew. My allergies told me it was full of it. No, i would not recommend

Disappointed in the condition cleanly ness of the area around the toilet and walls (Mole starting) I left a full day early with NO REFUND so I gave Hotels.com Quality Inn Long Beach $167.00. Will not trust Hotels.com again for reviews. Breakfast was totally sub par. did not eat except yogurt. NOT PLEASED will not use HOTELS.COM again or the Quality Inn Long Beack.

The room was not in good condition. There was at least a 2 inch gap between the door and the floor so that anything could get in the room if it crawled under. The floors were filthy. The phone didn’t work until we called maintenance to fix it. The boarding process for the cruise port needs to be changed to those who sign up FIRST board FIRST.

Coffee pack on the floor in room (across the room from the coffee maker when we checked in. Offered shuttle to cruise port and parking (the reason we chose this hotel). Price was good but we were told we could call an hour before we were ready to be picked up. Called, and was told it would be 2 hours before we could be picked up. So we waited outside at the port for over an hour waiting for the shuttle.

Staff was very friendly. The bed was very clean but the bathroom was not. Someone left their used soap container in the shower and housekeeping did not remove it. The bathtub was not too clean. Breakfast was ok and the premises were clean and safe.
