I'm the host Carina. My boyfriend Robert and I spent a few months decorating the wonderful house, and we finally finished.  ❤️
The house is contemporary and minimalistic with a few vintage elements. Most of the decorations and furniture are bought abroad. You will love our brand-new appliances, furniture, unique decors, etc. Hope you can still enjoy your own life here no matter how busy you are. It is our dream house, and it can be yours too.

[PANDEMIC PREVENTION]
Actions include but are not limited to:
○ Before every check-in, we disinfect the whole house including all the surfaces, handles, utensils, remotes, and etc.
○ Bedding sets and towels are washed and disinfected by a certified third-party laundry company with Ozone and Sanitizer.
○ Disposable toothbrush&paste, loofah mitt, vanity kit, shower cap, comb, slippers, hand soap, and sanitizing wipes are supplied.
○ At least 48-72 hours BUFFER TIME during each reservation.
○ No parties are allowed in our properties.

In order to give you a wonderful experience staying here, we are providing everything you need including:
○[Kitchen] Dish Washer, stove, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, oven, fridge, basic seasonings, pots, knives, cutting board, wash basket
○[Dining] Dining table set of four, tablewares (dish, bowl, cup, fork, spoon, knife, chopsticks)
○[Living Room] light gray three-seat sofa, fluffy stool, cozy pillows, 50’’ Samsung TV, floor lamp, and my favorite rug! (It’s AMAZING! I’d like to sit on the rug rather than on the sofa LOL)
○[Bedroom] Queen size bed, memory foam mattress, white sheet and covers, desk, chair, lamp, big closet, a lot lot lot of hangers(ask if you need more), cute curtain w/ hollow stars (bought outside of the U.S. you will like it)
○[Bathroom] TOTO bidet seat, Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand soap, towels, tissues, T3 hairdryer, vanity kit, etc
○[Laundry] Samsung dryer and washer, detergent, wash basket*2, iron, and board(w/steam)
○Ask me if you need a Pack 'n Play for an infant!

Also, we have a six-seat durable PATIO DINING SET in our backyard. You can star gazing or have dinner with your friends every day. The nights in Pasadena are quiet and cool, you will so enjoy the patio with the drinks, stars, and music.

In the backyard, we have 2-3 parking lots that other houses don’t have. Oh, I forget to say that, we are using password locks, so you don’t need to have any keys, which means that if you want, you don’t need to meet me at all (although I will feel so sad about it haha).

The house is a guest house, you will share the driveway and iron gate with the front main house. There is no bedroom connected to the main house, the only connection is the living room which is next to the main house’s garage.

We are so happy that you are interested in our lovely guest house! Don’t hesitate to ask me any questions, and I always reply to your messages in five minutes since I’m can’t stop using social media every day.

Pasadena is a city in Los Angeles County, California. It is the most populous city and the primary cultural center of the San Gabriel Valley. It is known for hosting the annual Rose Bowl football game and Tournament of Roses Parade. It is also home to many scientific, educational, and cultural institutions, including Caltech, Pasadena City College, Fuller Theological Seminary, ArtCenter College of Design, the Pasadena Playhouse, the Ambassador Auditorium, the Norton Simon Museum, and the USC Pacific Asia Museum, with the Jet Propulsion Laboratory in nearby La Cañada Flintridge. The neighborhood is clean, safe, and quiet. We always walk around at night after finishing our dinner and meeting with our neighbors. It is the reason that we choose to stay here.
