it's a pet friendly place, our dog barked when our room service knocked on the door, and another guest immediately screamed "SHUT UPPPPP." Housekeeping also didn't come in when we were gone, there were spiders in the room, and when I had ordered food I had asked if front desk would be able to bring it up (I understand the driver can't as that's a security breach), but they assured me front desk could bring it up as I would be starting a meeting. Front desk proceeded to then tell me they would not be bringing it up. Overall just not a great experience, especially for the money that we spent.

The room was not clean and some other area of the facilities as well. We have received dirty towels, stains on the walls and carpet. The rooms are not sound proof, you can hear everything from the other rooms

Staff is amazing, first up. No issues there. Only reason for a non perfect review is the building and rooms are just… weird. My room was some premium loft room, but it was… a basement. I was kinda under the pool. Bed was ok, pretty worn though. Showerhead was too low for anyone over 6 feet. In room coffee was acceptable, but I typically have better lately. Walks were thin and I heard lots of kids and I think dogs. I did love the convenient little self checkout lobby market that was fully stocked. And parking was easy albeit expensive at like $30 per night.

Restaurant for breakfast -- NO BUFFET! Daily housekeeping. REALLY convenient to everything, but VERY QUIET (recessed from the street).

I stayed here for one night while attending a conference at the Pasadena Convention Center. It shares the same parking garage and is super handy. The staff were awesome. Very friendly and efficient. Rosie at breakfast was the best. She was quick, nice and efficient. I got a great night sleep and an amazing breakfast! Will definitely stay again.

Stayed in a suite that could use a little updating, but it was clean and comfortable. Plenty of space to work separate from the sleeping area.
