Hotel was nice, clean and comfortable but Im really tired of these petty charges. Its sneaky and dishonest. $24.00 for parking added to my card. Never mentioned at the desk that there was a charge for parking. Its a damn hotel. A place to park is expected. Just add it to the price of the stay . Leaves a sour taste in your mouth. Never vookingbwuth them again. Way to keep customers.

The rooms were noisy from next door guests, and the doors shutting into the hallway were loud. we were next to the room with the ice machine which added to the extra noise when guests were filling the buckets. had to use ear plugs to be able to sleep. noticed a drawer that didn't close right, and the blinds jammed when the outside darker shade did not stay in its track. the decor was nice and the Christmas decorations including the big tree were great in the lobby. Chase who was the first impression of your staff was extremely cheerful and helpful. He has a customer first attitude which was appreciated.

Extremely convenient location with the hotel having stylish features/design. A very accommodating staff as well as nice bar and convenient lobby. The only thing off was that the elevator to parking was not working and luggage had to be rolled up parking ramp to lobby. I would stay here again.

Well appointed rooms, very spacious and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, many options to choose from. This was a great way to end our stay and start our day.
