We had a wonderful stay while visiting nearby family. The home is in a great location with plenty of parking. We hope to rebook this property on our future visits to Long Beach.
Clean, safe, comfortable, many amenities, great response from owners, equipped with lots even for a rainy vacation, kitchen equipped beautifully, location SUPERB!!!!
A lovely property situated in a dog-friendly, casual, and family-oriented neighborhood. Clean, smartly furnished, charming, and cozy. Very convenient location near our daughter who attends CSULB. Central to many shopping and dining options. We availed of street parking which was never an issue. Full kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer combo and air-conditioning were a definite plus. Absolutely enjoyed our stay and hope to return in the near future. Thank you so much!!
We were happy to have a second opportunity to stay in the bungalow being that our remodel needs a little more time. Everything was just as before; PERFECT!
We were so fortunate to be the first guests in the Greenbelt Guesthouse! We needed a place to stay for a few weeks during our remodel and the guesthouse was perfect for us!
Everything was provided for us as soon as we walked in: a full kitchen with all the tools, pots, appliances, and utensils that you would need to make your own meal, fluffy towels, shampoo/conditioner and bodywash for the double headed shower, a comfortable bed with cozy pillows and bedding, and a TV where you can login to your own apps. WiFi was easy to access and the air conditioner was perfect for our little heatwave! The washer and dryer was easy to use and much appreciated.
The location of the guesthouse is in a highly desirable location in Long Beach. There is so much to do and it is all walking distance: the Colorado Lagoon for a relaxing beach day or bird watching, concerts in both parks, and a local farmers market. The guesthouse is located close to 2nd Street in Belmont Shore which has many eateries, restaurants, bars and shopping. Beach towels and chairs are provided along with games for a relaxing evening. The guesthouse is centrally located for other excursions which are listed in the Welcome book and parking is easy and available on the street.
As I said this was a perfect place for us to stay for a few weeks! We felt comfortable and safe in all the lovely decorated rooms with Long Beach artwork and details. I highly recommend the Greenbelt Guesthouse for a quick weekend or a longer vacation!
