Modern retreat for two in TO!

My partner and I had a wonderful experience staying at this location, hosted by Todd. Our check in instructions were clear and the process was seamless. The location is ideal for those visiting Thousand Oaks and neighboring towns - quiet with and yet very close to main roads with a reserved parking spot. The space was super clean, exactly as advertised, and pet friendly. I especially appreciated the generous amount of outdoor space and the well-appointed kitchenette and bathroom. My partner and I are looking forward to rebooking this place during future trips!

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights. Itโ€™s inbetween everything from beach to city with very good restaurants and shopping districts. The owners were very respectful of our privacy and there were toiletries and other things kindly offered. At the end of our stay we were able to pay a visit to Larry and bob(the respectful one) along with the goats and chickens.

Fabulous farm studio!

This property is so special, and the owners are super friendly, welcoming, and hospitable. The studio is exactly as described and pictured in the listing. The decor is adorable, beds are super comfy, the studio is very clean and bright, and ample fresh linens are provided. The patio is spacious and private. The neighborhood is lovely and ideal for walks, yet has very fast and easy freeway access. The stars of the show are the animals, of course! So fun to spend time with the wide variety of well-loved animal friends. This property was the highlight of our trip and we will definitely be back. Thank you Todd and Heidi for such a comfortable and memorable place to stay!

Gracious hosts and lovely space

I spent five nights with my dog and we were both comfortable. Very relaxing and quiet space with a park and walking/biking paths right nearby. All the animals were so fun to have at the back of the property, too. I came for some rest and solitude. A very easy and clean space and the kitchenette has everything you'll need. Heidi and Todd were the perfect hosts, giving me complete privacy but available if needed. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

This is my favorite place to stay when Iโ€™m in the area. Wonderful hosts, clean room with everything you need for a trip. The grounds are beautiful and thereโ€™s a bike trail at the back of the property PLUS they have wonderful animals you can hang with on site. I really love when I get to stay here. The neighborhood is extremely safe and quiet. Book here you wonโ€™t be disappointed!

Great 2nd Stay!

This was my second weeks stay and it was as great as the first. Clean, peaceful and relaxing. Perfect spot after a long day of training. The bed is very comfortable, the host is very kind and the neighborhood is very very safe! I highly recommend staying here and will be back again soon!

Best VRBO ever!!!!

My son was in town for some schooling and we needed something close to his school. I spoke with the host since as this is the first time my son traveled alone and Todd was kind, considerate, and so helpful in making me feel comfortable with my sonโ€™s stay. The location is peaceful, the room spotless and the grounds are more than you could hope for. Itโ€™s a truly magical spot and you feel grateful to have the opportunity to stay there. Great stay!

My husband and I came to visit family near by and this place was the perfect location! Very cute place, it was nice and clean. We felt very comfortable staying here. We also saw the Illama and alpaca farm in the back of the house. So cute and the animals were so friendly. My only suggestion would be to add more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels on but otherwise we had a very nice stay. Thank you so much!

Quiet in Midst of the Adventures

This property was everything we hoped for! While itโ€™s outside of โ€œLA proper,โ€ the extra bit of driving is worth staying here. The area was cozy and private where I felt we could truly get rested after long days. Parking and access to the space is a breeze and the surrounding area is worth checking out. An Amazing Weekend

Todd was so incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and accommodating. We arrived to a clean, crisp (AC on - a very hot day), and adorable apartment. This is honestly the best VRBO I think Iโ€™ve stayed in. Todd also introduced us to the animals! It was such a fun and unique experience to cap off our trip. It was lovely getting to know him and the animals better. All in all, we couldnโ€™t have asked for a better stay.
