The villa features two floors.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom suite with a private full bathroom, ideal for guests who prefer no stairs, plus an additional half bathroom for convenience.
The open design and high ceilings enhance the spacious feel of the home.
The property provides high-speed WiFi throughout.

There are two living rooms:

The main living room is large, bright, and features elegant furniture with a chandelier centerpiece.

The second living room is smaller and includes a smart TV.

Bedroom 2: King bed, bright and spacious with ample storage.

Bedroom 3 & 4: Each with a queen bed; the two rooms are connected through an open layout.

Bedroom 5 (Office Room): Used as an office or flex space, connected to the master suite. A bed can be added upon request.

All bedrooms include bed sheets, fresh towels, and linens for every guest.

Bathrooms

There are 3.5 bathrooms, all newly upgraded with marble floors, bright lighting, and modern fixtures.
The master bathroom features a jacuzzi tub, double sinks, and a glass shower.

Backyard
